Cooking Session, Tuesday 16JUN09
After postponing a few times I had 4 ladies over, 2 from Germany, 1 from Hong Kong and 1 Japanese to come for a cooking session with me. They pick up Menu A for today's lesson which is Nasi Lemak, Kari Ayam, Sambal Tumis Udang and Kuih Seri Muka. We started at 10.00 am and finished at noon. I had a good time with the ladies showing them how to cook our Malaysian food and sharing some tips on cooking. Glad that everyone had a good time and enjoyed the food. I hope one day our local food will be well known like our neighbour (Thailand) too. Mention Thai food everyone knows but of course long way to go for Malaysia but Insyaallah.

I am proud of you Anne. Congratulations, dah boleh mengajar pulak ye. It's a good effort, introducing our food to others kan. Bestnya... rasa macam nak terbang ke Tokyo jer... Keep it up ya!!!
