Chocolate Fudge Cake




Ingredients:-

Cake
200 gm cooking chocolate (melted)
225 gm butter
150 gm caster sugar
3 large eggs (beaten)
175 gm self raising flour
50 gm rice flour
2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Topping
200 gm cooking chocolate
50 gm icing sugar
50 gm butter

Method:-

1. Grease and line 9 inch round cake tin with greaseproof paper.
2. Melt the cooking chocolate (use double boil method). Once melt, let cool.
3. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add the beaten egg a little at a time and continue to beat.
4. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
5. Fold in the sifted flour (self raising flour + rice flour).
6. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix well.
7. Pour into the mould and bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven temp. 350F.
8. Remove from oven and let it cool.

For topping:-

Put everything in a pot and use double boil method. Stir well until everything combines. Spread the chocolate mixture on cake.
