1 1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
3 eggs separated
1 1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
a pinch of salt
1. Mix sugar, salt, vanilla essence, milk and egg yolk. Stir well until combine.
2. Pour the mixture into the flour and using a whisk, mix till combine.
3. Beat egg white till stiff peaks form and add into the flour mixture and mix well.
4. Heat pan under medium flame. Grease pan with butter lightly and put 2 tablespoons of the mixture, cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown or puffed.
5. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
