Harajuku

Sorry it has been few days without new entry. Have been so occupied with things and especially when boss is on leave...must spent quality time ma.... Last Monday, due to some projects that I had to finish, I needed to go to a bigger 100 Yen Store coz there'll be a lot more things on display. Harajuku has this 4 storey 100 Yen shop. A must visit to all visitors. Since the kids got a day off too, everyone decided to join me to go Harajuku. I thought its a Monday so there'll be less crowd but forgotten that its still a public holiday. To my surprise, the moment we stepped out of the train...masyaallah ocean of people. Kena que nak keluar from the station.

Ni dia berpusu-pusu nak keluar from the station.

Opposite Harajuku Station, a narrow street known as Takeshita Dori or Takeshita Shopping Street packed with young fashionable people and lined with fashion boutiques and cafes. This is definitely the place to be seen if you are young Tokyoite, but well worth visiting as a tourist.

And as we come out and when I saw the crowd at the shopping street, we decided not to go to my destination and started walking towards Meiji Shrine...

Fulala..... the harajuku girls were on action.

a shot with the Pussy Cat Dolls wannabe

Well for the young and fashionable teenager, spending time in Harajuku on the weekends is practically a necessity. Even older folks will want to visit the area to see the Meiji Jingu shrine and Yoyogi Park.

The munchies negotiating with daddy which snack they could have..., si baby ni boleh nampak je kedai yang jual tidbits..
